Prosperna inspiring Philippine MSMEs to build a better Philippines at Go Tech Cebu: ICT/BPM Summit 2022
The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) launched its annual flagship project, Cebu Business Month (CBM 2022). The theme for this year is “GO Cebu!” with a tagline, “Realign, Reinforce, Rebuild”.
The project aims to inspire, promote, and grow businesses through a series of programs, events, and activities on ICT-BPM, Tourism, Creative Industries, and Entrepreneurship from June to November this year.
One of the highlighted events is the Go Tech Cebu Summit. Key stakeholders from the ICT-BPM industry were invited to share their learnings and best practices to help advance digitization in the Philippines.
The Go Tech Cebu Summit featured talks from DTI, QBO, Gobi-Core Capital, Kickstart Ventures, DOST-PCIEERD, Philippine Venture Startup Fund, Project Match, Edukasyon.ph, and AIM-Dado Banatao Incubator.
Together with Steve Sy of GreatDeals and Aldrich Tan of NextPay, Prosperna’s CEO and Founder, Dennis Velasco, joined as one of the resource speakers to share the case study of each of their respective startup companies.
Velasco said, “A person can only go so far until they find their purpose – then, there are no limits. All we need is courage and technology to positively change the Philippine Economy forever in the next 10 years.”
