It was a night full of energy and innovation last Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at The Social House on Riverfront Drive, in Circuit Makati. Real estate professionals got the chance to discover how Artificial Intelligence (AI), CRM and Blockchain Technology are changing the real estate industry, during “The Real Estate Technology Revolution”, an event for real estate professionals to help them grow their business using digital technology.
“The Real Estate Technology Revolution” event, which was hosted by Prosperna and strategic partner and co-presenter C Estates, Inc, a property listing using blockchain technology, featured speakers from top real estate technology companies in the Philippines. The introductory presentation was given by Mr. Randall Pena, a real estate professional who owns the South and Main Homes real estate brokerage company that’s also a Prosperna customer.
The main speaker for the night was none other than Prosperna’s dynamic CEO, Dennis Velasco. Guests were at the edge of their seats as Dennis shared how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is and will continue to change the way real estate professionals do business. The launch of the new Prosperna 2.0 branding was also unveiled by Dennis, which left the guests positively speechless with its new user experience design and enhanced performance. Prosperna 2.0 is most definitely an innovation in digital technology that is specifically focused to empower real estate professionals to reach their highest level of success.
The event’s last featured speaker, Jay Bonn Agbulos, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager of C Estates, Inc., talked about “Blockchain Technology for Real Estate” and the concept of “tokenization”. The C Estates vision is to make buying and selling easier, more transparent and more accessible to any and all consumers.
Aside from the event’s main purpose which was to share information on how AI, CRM, and Blockchain could help real estate professionals grow their business, the guests also enjoyed a delectable buffet of dishes and drinks from Social House’s food selection. During dinner, the guests were serenaded with acoustic performances by two of Prosperna’s very own talented rockstars, and also a song performance from a member of the C Estate’s team. There was even a photo booth set up to capture the satisfied and happy faces of the guests, as well as the teams from Prosperna and C Estates, Inc.
It was not only an event packed with entertainment and information on how digital technology has revolutionized the real estate business but also a night of recognition. One of the guests was pleasantly surprised to receive a special award during the event. The hosts of the event gave Ms. Lyra Sanchez, the “Prosperna Broker of the Year” award.
Overall, it was a very successful event that brought together a network of professionals from the real estate industry.
