Tech startup Prosperna named as Top 10 Philippine companies on the rise by LinkedIn
LinkedIn released their list of Top Startups in the Philippines on September 27, 2022, and Prosperna made it to the list.
This is the first-ever annual top startups in the Philippines list by LinkedIn and is gathered based on these four criteria: employee growth, jobseeker interest, engagement, and attraction of top talent.
Prosperna, headed by CEO and Founder Dennis Velasco, is an all-in-one eCommerce platform aiming to empower 100,000 Philippine MSMEs with simple and affordable eCommerce software.
“We’re so happy to be recognized by a global community like LinkedIn and it’s a big win for us. But it’s an even bigger win for our Philippine MSMEs,” Velasco said after hearing about the news.
The company has fifty (50) full-time staff who work hand-in-hand to simplify eCommerce in the Philippines with software that enables business owners to launch their very own online store, accept offline and online payments, and automatically book shipping without coding skills.

This list reveals ten (10) emerging companies in the Philippines that are gaining attention for their innovation, growth, and impact.
Some of the popular startups that made it to the LinkedIn Top Startups 2022 list along with Prosperna are Edukasyon.ph, Tier One Entertainment, Kumu, and Philippine Digital Asset Exchange.
Velasco considers this an incredible achievement for the company and a motivation to continue providing excellent service and innovative eCommerce solutions to Philippine MSMEs.
