eCommerce helping Philippine MSMEs of San Benito, Siargao
Prosperna joined Bangon Siargao Livelihood Program on June 26, 2022, to share how eCommerce can help level the playing field for Philippine MSMEs.
Eve Grocer organized the event in partnership with the local government office of San Benito, the office of Honorable Mayor Gina S. Menil, and other startup and fintech companies.
Prosperna’s CEO and Founder, Dennis Velasco, joined other startup founders from Launch Garage, QBO, StartUp Village, and StartUp PH. They talked about how eCommerce can help the MSMEs of San Benito, Siargao.
“While countries like the Philippines are beautiful places to visit, socioeconomically, there is so much inequality that must be solved,” Velasco said.
The hybrid event showcased topics from Digital Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Logistics and Exporting, Sustainable Farming and Storage, Circular Supply Chain, Eco Sari Sari, B2B Financing, and others covering Livelihood Program to empower San Benito’s MSMEs.
Velasco added, “We won’t stop until we can help every Philippine MSME level the playing field powered by technology. Together, we can build a better Philippines with simple and affordable eCommerce software.”
