What You’ll Do
- Responding to customer email and chat inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Recommending solutions and guiding users through eCommerce and website features and functionalities.
- Update client eCommerce websites and social media accounts.
- Coordinate more complex requests with internal technical resources.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Customer first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Experience with eCommerce, crm, websites, SEO and customer support software is a plus.
