What You’ll Do
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries.
- Managing payment cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
What We’re Looking For
- Preferably residing in Muntinlupa Alabang only
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting or Finance.
- With working experience as an Accounting Assistant.
- Advanced computer skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive and confident personality.
- Ability to develop long term relationships.
